Just a Little Thought....
Wow, long time no talk! I wish I could blame my absence on a crazy summer full of elaborate travels and new adventures, but my summer has been anything but exciting. Unless you count finally getting the Covid (as my mom would call it) after avoiding it for over two years (or at least avoiding symptoms), a quick trip to Idaho, and some minor car damages as 'exciting', than summer has been as mild and as good as ever--really though, it is so good.
So far my favorite part of this summer has been our annual tradition of getting our photos taken. I think there is a misconception that you need to wait until you have kids to start paying for professional family photos, but I could not disagree with this notion more. Your child-less years deserve to be preserved in high quality pictures just as much as any other years of your family life. I for one love capturing my life with photography, but it is so nice to be able to put my trust in someone else every once in a while to take our photos. Our photographer, Elisha, is absolutely incredible. She is truly one of the most talented photographers I have ever met and she makes the whole experience enjoyable and easy, check out her website here! We had the most insane weather for our shoot this year and even ended up with a rainbow at the end :') which was such a dream for me!
